Gun Mountain

Located between Barry's Bay and Combermere Ontario - 374 Long Lake Road to be exact

This hike is a moderate 4.3km loop trail leading to spectacular 360 views! We hiked this trail in March, hence why everything is very grey/brown however just picture the view in the height of summer time. Lush green trees, sparkling blue lakes, blue mountains off in the distance - the perfect spot to have a picnic.

This trail was super wide, located on an old ATV trail - steep inclines climbing 150m of elevation - kid friendly however take your time and review my blog post on tips for hiking with kids before heading out on this adventure. If your in the area I highly recommend stopping at Madawaska Valley coffee for a treat!
